Our application includes limited user-generated content in the form of product reviews and an in-app chat feature.
The in-app chat is strictly limited to communication between customers and authorized administrators for product inquiries, order support, and customer service purposes only. The application does not allow communication between customers.
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is abusive, offensive, obscene, hateful, misleading, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Any content found to violate these guidelines may be removed immediately, and the associated user account may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
Content Moderation and Monitoring
All in-app chat communications are directly visible to authorized administrators and are actively monitored.
Because chat interactions occur only between customers and administrators, any objectionable content can be identified and addressed promptly.
Reporting and Enforcement Timeline
If objectionable content is identified, appropriate action is taken within 24 hours. This may include removal of the content and suspension or termination of the offending user account, depending on the severity of the violation.

Product Reviews Moderation
Product reviews submitted within the application are subject to moderation.
Reviews containing offensive language, false information, misleading claims, or abusive content may be removed without prior notice.
